Welcome to Couture Atelier de Rêve, where we offer high quality idol, oshikatsu and subculture items, as well as original illustrations, stationery and journaling items, including your very own custom bow!

• If you wish for your bow to be on your picket or name banner, please head to Custom Pickets or Custom Name Banner for a bundle discount!

• Bows are all made and customized to each order; fill out the personalization form to order!
  
• Please note that while I'll try my best to follow your requests, I may not be able to fulfil every personalization details in the final product, but I'll make sure to make the picket look pretty!
• After order, I will email/DM you to discuss the order. The whole process is as follows: design draft (revisions allowed) → production → check (revisions not allowed) → packaging → check (revisions not allowed) → delivery

• Cost breakdown includes production cost, commission cost, packaging costs and shipping costs
• Local orders are delivered personally and are shipping-free. I will reach out to you privately to discuss the method of delivery after product is complete
• International orders are delivered by SF Delivery, by flight and tracked, so that I can ensure the package arrives to you safe and sound! Shipping fees are adjust according to your location
• Please note that shipping fees for those in USA will be more expensive due to tariffs

• As I am a full-time student and the bows are made-to-order, the production and packaging time for each bow is around 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the bow. Local orders can be delivered as soon as they are packaged, while international orders can take up to 21 business days after packaging depending on where you are located. 

• Bows are only for personal use. any commercial use of the bows, including reselling, are non-negotiable and not allowed

• Please be aware that the bows are handmade, and may result in slight imperfections after extensive use or in transport. If any details fall off, I recommend gluing it back with hot glue or UHD glue; if you're unsure, shoot me a DM on Instagram or email me!
• As the bows are customized and packed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. As such, please check and use the bows carefully!

• Please let me know who this bow is about! It could be any character, idol, person or pet
• Please also include some photos or videos about said target, so that I can create the best bow fit for them

COLOR THEME:

• Please give me at most four colors, including neutral colors such as black or white
• Please also give me the shades of color you want if needed (light green, dark blue etc.)

STYLE AND AESTHETIC:

• Please give me some adjectives and/or aesthetic styles to get a general vibe of what you're looking for! You can find the list of aesthetic style on Fandom Wiki, or you can DM or email me and we can discuss

DESCRIPTION:

• This is where you can add as many (or few) details as you like! Let me know what elements you would like to have on your picket (and bow if ordered), including animal ears and wings, charms, chains, gemstones, lace, ruffles etc. 
• While I accept links to reference or inspiration photos, please note that I will not be remaking the referenced/inspired items

• Couture Atelier de Rêve has the final say in the pricing of all items
• Pricing is calculated as follows: base price (shown on Shopify) → shipping → discount
• Please note that you may only use one discount offer in one time; if you have noted more than one discount offer, the highest discount offer will only be applied
• All returning customers will receive a 5% discount on their next order with the code "RETURN"
  This discount cannot be used on consecutive orders, and will be reset after the discount has been used each time. This means that you can only use this discount on your second, fourth, sixth order, and so on.
